What is the minimum quantity for a bulk order?
Volume pricing starts at 20 pieces for lab coats and OT wear, and 50 pieces for scrubs. Mixed sizes count toward the same order.
What is the minimum quantity for embroidery?
Custom embroidery minimums vary by design, placement and fabric. Send the logo and quantity and we will confirm the exact minimum in your quote.
How long does a bulk order take?
Production time depends on quantity, fabric and embroidery. Your written quote confirms the dispatch date before you approve, and embroidery adds roughly 2 to 3 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We deliver across India and worldwide. For orders outside India, shipping is not charged online: we contact you on WhatsApp and email with the exact courier rate after you order.
Can we order a sample before the full run?
Yes. A single sample can be arranged so you can check fabric, fit and embroidery before production starts.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes, subject to fabric availability. Send a colour swatch, reference or hex code with the brief.
Can you embroider our logo, and where?
Yes. We digitise and stitch logos in-house on the chest, sleeve, pocket or back, and keep placement consistent across every size.
What file should we send for the logo?
A DST, EMB, PES or JEF file is ideal. If you only have a PNG, JPG or vector file, we can digitise it for you.
How is a bulk order priced?
Pricing depends on style, fabric, quantity, embroidery and delivery location. Send your requirement and we reply with unit pricing in 24–48 hours.
Can we mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. Sizes and colours can be mixed within the same style, and we pack by size and department if you send a split.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, for Indian institutions and companies. One consolidated GST invoice is issued per order.
How do we pay for a bulk order?
Bulk orders are prepaid against a written quote. UPI, NEFT/IMPS and bank transfer are available in India; payment for orders outside India is confirmed with the quote.
Can you deliver to multiple sites?
Yes. Multi-site programmes can be dispatched in stages, with one account contact and a schedule agreed in the quote.
Can we reorder the same uniforms later?
Yes. We keep your size chart, colour choices and embroidery file on record so repeat orders match the first run.
