Ordering a uniform online should not feel like a gamble. Yet most sizing problems start with a tape measure, a size chart and a guess.
A video call removes the guess.
Here is how it works. You message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you are ordering. We set a time. You bring a tape measure and wear something close-fitting. The call takes about ten to fifteen minutes.
We guide you through the measurements that actually matter:
- Chest or bust, measured at the fullest point. - Waist, at the natural waist rather than where the trousers sit. - Hip, at the fullest point. - Shoulder, from bone to bone. - Sleeve length and preferred sleeve finish. - Inseam and outseam for trousers. - Height and posture, because both change how a pattern hangs.
We also ask how you like a uniform to feel. Some people want a close fit. Some want room to move. Both are valid, and the pattern should reflect the answer.
For teams, one call per department is usually enough. We build a measurement sheet, note the fit corrections, and keep it for repeat orders. New staff can be measured against the same sheet instead of starting again.
There is no charge for the call and no obligation to order. If the standard size is right, we will tell you. If it is not, we will tell you that too.
