When new nursing staff join, uniform fitting is usually rushed. A quick size guess, a signature, and the uniform is issued. That is how small discomforts turn into daily complaints.
Start with the shoulder. Raise both arms, then reach forward. If the top pulls at the armhole, the size is wrong even if it looks fine standing still.

Check the top length while seated. A top that rides up when sitting will be uncomfortable during long handovers. The hem should stay below the waistband.
For trousers, check the rise and the inseam. A waistband that sits too low will need constant adjustment. An inseam that is too long will drag and fray within weeks.
Finally, check the pockets with actual items. A pen, a small notebook, a phone. A pocket that cannot hold the daily tools is a design flaw, not a user error.
Document the sizes in a shared sheet. The next batch of joiners becomes much easier to fit.
