Corporate events are unforgiving. The date does not move, and the merchandise has to be ready before setup begins.
We start with the event date and work backwards. Digitising and sample approval take two days. Garment sourcing takes two to three. Embroidery for 100 to 200 pieces takes three to four. Packing and dispatch take one.
That leaves almost no buffer, so we lock two things early: the logo file and the garment colour. Changes to either after day three usually push the deadline.
For multi-colour logos, we recommend simplifying to one or two thread colours. It stitches faster, looks cleaner at small sizes, and reduces the risk of a thread running out mid-run.
We also stagger dispatch when possible. Sending the first half early lets the event team start packing kits while the rest is still on the machine.
