A customer sends a photo of a uniform they like and a few notes about what they want changed. That is enough to start.
We break the reference into decisions: neckline, sleeve, pocket, length, fit and fabric. Each one gets a recommendation based on how the garment will be used, not just how it looks.

Next we produce a simple line sketch. It is not a fashion illustration. It is a working drawing that shows proportions and details clearly enough to discuss.
Once the sketch is approved, we move to a physical sample in the closest fabric. The sample is where a design either becomes real or needs another round.
We keep the reference photo in the project file. It helps us understand the intent when a detail is debated later, and it makes the next order easier to brief.
A good custom process does not require the client to arrive with a technical pack. It requires clear decisions at the right moments.
