Most of our orders come from outside our own city. A clinic in Indore, a hospital group in Guwahati, a dealer in Kochi. Each route behaves differently.
We dispatch by courier for smaller orders and by surface transport for bulk cartons. Before booking, we check the pin code, the serviceable network and the expected transit time. A remote pin code can add three or four days, and we would rather tell the client upfront.

Every carton is sealed, labelled and photographed. The tracking number is shared the same day. For multi-carton orders, we share a single list that maps each carton to its contents, so the receiving team knows what to open first.
Monsoon and festival weeks change transit times. We plan production buffers around them instead of promising a date the courier cannot keep.
If an order is time-critical, tell us the event date, not just the delivery date. We work backwards from the day the uniforms need to be worn.
