A customer sends a PNG on WhatsApp. Two weeks later the same logo sits on 60 scrubs, in thread, at the same size on every chest. The work in between is mostly invisible.
First we redraw the logo as a stitch file. Thin lines become satin stitches, small text gets a minimum height, and gradients are broken into blocks of colour. A logo that looks clean on a phone can turn into a blur at 6 cm wide.

Next comes the test sew. We stitch one sample on the actual fabric, not on a white test cloth, because navy, maroon and black change how a gold or white thread reads. We check density, pull and the edge of the letters.
Only then do we set placement. Chest left, usually 7 to 9 cm from the shoulder seam, centred on the pocket line. We keep the same placement across sizes so a team photo does not look uneven.
If you have a logo with a tagline, send both versions. We will tell you honestly what will survive in thread and what needs to be simplified. That conversation saves a lot of rework later.
