A growing share of our orders come from cities like Nashik, Raipur, Kochi and Dehradun. The process is the same as in a metro, with a few practical adjustments.
We start with a video call instead of a visit. The client walks us through the departments, shows the current uniform and explains what is not working. Photos and short videos are often more useful than a long brief.

Sizing is handled with our measurement sheet plus a sample set sent by courier. Staff try the samples for a day and send back the size each person prefers.
For logos, we ask for the best file available and handle the digitising remotely. Approval happens over WhatsApp with a photo of the test stitch.
Delivery is planned around courier coverage. If a pin code is remote, we add a buffer and share tracking with the client so they can plan receipt.
Distance changes the logistics, not the standard. A clinic in a tier-2 city gets the same pattern, fabric and checks as a hospital in a metro.
