A 200-piece order for a hospital is rarely one department. It is OT, ICU, wards, housekeeping and admin, each with its own size mix and often its own logo.
We pack by department and by size, not by garment type. Each bundle is labelled with department, style, colour and size. A carton might hold four bundles, and the packing list on the outside matches what is inside.

Embroidered pieces are checked against the name list before packing. If a name is misspelled, it is easier to catch at the packing table than after the carton reaches the ward.
We photograph the packed cartons and share the images with the client before dispatch. For a large order, that photo set prevents a lot of confusion later, especially when multiple people are receiving at the hospital end.
Good packing does not make a product better. But bad packing can make a good product useless on delivery day.
