A hospital rollout starts with a department map. OT, ICU, emergency, wards, lab, radiology, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, admin and reception each have different requirements.
OT needs green or blue that holds colour under bright lights. Wards need comfortable everyday scrubs. Housekeeping needs darker colours that hide marks. Admin needs a polished look that still feels practical.

We build one size chart and one fit standard across departments, then vary colour, fabric weight and details. That keeps the hospital visually consistent without forcing every team into the same garment.
Rollout is phased. One department goes first, usually the one with the most staff or the most urgent need. Feedback from that phase is applied before the next department starts.
Logos and names add another layer. Some departments need a chest logo, some need a name, some need both. We keep a single placement standard so the hospital looks coherent in photos and in person.
