Monsoon is the hardest season for apparel logistics in India. Cartons sit in hubs, trucks leak, and a delayed delivery can mean fabric sitting in humidity for days.
We pack bulk orders with an inner poly liner before sealing the carton. It is a small cost that protects the entire order from a wet corner or a damp warehouse floor.

We also avoid promising tight delivery windows during weeks when courier networks are known to slow down. If a hospital needs uniforms for a specific event, we build a buffer into production rather than relying on the courier.
At the client end, we recommend opening cartons within 48 hours of delivery and airing the garments before storing them. Fabric that stays folded in a humid carton can develop a smell that is hard to remove.
For embroidered pieces, moisture is less of an issue but still worth managing. Thread and backing can absorb damp, so the same airing rule applies.
