A courier hub is not gentle. Cartons are stacked, sorted, dropped and sometimes left in the rain. Packaging has to assume all of that.
We use a double-wall carton for bulk orders and reinforce the edges with tape on all seams, not just the top. A single strip of tape is the most common reason a carton opens in transit.

Inside, garments are folded with tissue or poly where needed and grouped by department. Loose pieces in a large carton shift and crease. Bundling keeps the order readable on arrival.
Lab coats and jackets get a light inner wrap to protect the collar and shoulders. These are the first areas to show a crease, and the hardest to press after a long journey.
Finally, the packing list goes inside and a duplicate label goes outside. If the outer label is damaged, the carton can still be identified without opening every box.
