Uniform orders rarely end at delivery. A size does not fit, a name is misspelled, a department needs five more pieces. How those issues are handled defines the relationship.
We keep a simple rule: respond the same day, even if the answer is that we need a little time. Silence is what turns a small issue into a complaint.

For size exchanges, we ask for a photo of the fit and the size tag. Most issues can be diagnosed without a return. If a replacement is needed, we add it to the next production run instead of creating a separate one, which keeps costs reasonable.
For embroidery errors, we take responsibility when the mistake is ours and correct it quickly. If the name was approved incorrectly by the client, we still help, but we are honest about the cost.
We also follow up after two weeks. A short message asking how the uniforms are holding up catches problems early and gives us feedback for the next order.
