Clients often ask why a sample takes a week while 100 pieces take two. The answer is that the sample contains every unresolved decision.
Pattern, fabric, colour, logo file, placement, size grade and packaging all get settled in that one piece. Each choice needs a conversation, a test or a correction.
The next 100 pieces do not repeat those conversations. They repeat the approved result. Cutting, stitching, embroidery and checking follow a fixed route.

A good sample also sets the standard for quality. The inspection team compares production pieces against the approved sample, not against a memory or a photo.
This is why we ask clients to treat sample approval as a real decision, not a formality. Every hour spent on the sample usually saves a day in production.
