₹99 across India, free above ₹2,499, and a courier rate confirmed after checkout for orders outside India.

One rate card for India, and a confirmed courier rate for everywhere else. Nothing is charged for international shipping at checkout.

- Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
- Dispatch is usually within 1–2 business days. Embroidered garments need production time first, which the embroidery page sets out.
- We deliver to all 28 states and 8 union territories.
- Cash on delivery is available in selected PIN codes; the option appears at checkout only where it is serviceable.
Outside India
Prices are shown in your currency at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is not charged online — the exact courier rate is confirmed with you on WhatsApp and email after you order.
- You pay for the goods at checkout. The courier rate is quoted separately, before the parcel is booked.
- You approve the rate on WhatsApp or email. If you do not approve it, the order is cancelled and the goods amount is refunded.
- Courier options and transit times depend on the destination and what the carrier serves there.
- Import duties or taxes charged by your customs authority are payable by the recipient, not included in the courier rate.
- Tracking details are sent as soon as the booking is made.
Bulk and institutional orders
Freight on bulk orders is quoted with the order, based on volume, weight and destination. It is not calculated by the website rate card. Send the delivery locations with your brief and the quotation will include freight.
Addresses and failed deliveries
- Check the postal code and phone number before paying; both are used by the courier to reach you.
- If a parcel comes back undelivered because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch at the courier's charge.
- Report a damaged parcel within 48 hours with photographs of the outer packaging and the garment.
Indian orders above ₹2,499 ship free. International orders never carry a shipping charge online, so the checkout total is the goods total.
