Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aaoms.co.in and any order you place with aaoms INDIA. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

Using the site

• You must be 18 or older, or ordering with the consent of a parent, guardian or institution.
• Give accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.
• Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for orders placed from your signed-in account.
• Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass payment, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

Products and colours

We describe fabric, composition, sizes and colours as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, and dyed fabric varies slightly between batches. The colour page explains how to check a shade before you order. Measurements can vary by a small tolerance, which is normal for cut-and-sewn garments.

Pricing

• Prices are set in Indian Rupees and include GST. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for the goods.
• Visitors outside India see prices in their own currency at checkout, converted from the INR price. The price you see is the price you pay.
• Shipping inside India is shown as a separate line before payment. For orders outside India, shipping is not charged online: the exact courier rate is confirmed with you on WhatsApp and email after you order.
• We can correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If the corrected price is higher you may cancel for a full refund; if we cannot fulfil the order we refund it in full.
• Discount codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if misused.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or when the order status moves to confirmed in your account. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, the amount is refunded in full.

Bulk and institutional orders follow the quotation, minimum quantities and lead times agreed in writing with our team. Where a quotation conflicts with these terms, the quotation prevails for that order.

Shipping and delivery

India: ₹99 on orders below ₹2,499 and free above that, with delivery in 2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days elsewhere. International: courier booking and the exact rate are agreed with you after checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and customs clearance can extend them.

Import duties, taxes or handling charges levied by the destination country are payable by the recipient. We do not control or estimate them.

Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges follow the Returns & Exchanges policy: 7 days from delivery, unworn with tags, with the exclusions listed there. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection.

Embroidery and custom work

• You confirm you have the right to use any logo, name or artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You grant us a licence to reproduce that artwork only to produce and deliver your order.
• We may decline artwork that is unlawful, offensive or technically unsuitable, and we will tell you why.
• Once production starts, a customised garment cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is faulty.
• We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Digital products

Size charts, embroidery files and digitising services are licensed for your own use or for the institution named on the order. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them as your own. Because files cannot be returned once accessed, digital purchases are non-refundable, except where the file is corrupt or not as described.

Our content

The aaoms name, logo, photography, copy and page design belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Product photography of your own order is yours to use.

Liability

We are responsible for the goods we sell and for delivering them as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Events outside our control

We are not in breach if a delay is caused by something outside our reasonable control: courier disruption, transport strikes, customs holds, natural events, or a failure of payment or hosting infrastructure. We will tell you and agree a new date or a refund.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us: most issues are resolved in a few messages. Consumers may also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-daakhil portal.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order. If a change is material we will date it clearly at the top of the page.
